Currently pursuing MSc in Human-Computer Interaction Design at City, University of London
I completed my undergrad and first postgraduate degree in Humanities.

I started off as a UX Writer in 2022 and soon got promoted to the role of a Conversational UX designer at skit.ai, which strives towards streamlining contact centre operations through conversational AI.
One of my initiatives included the creation of a VUI (Voice User Interface) Glossary from the scratch to aid in the onboarding of new designers.

Then I worked at Amelia, to reorient my focus on agentic AI and to further develop a nuanced approach towards being an Intent Recognition Designer alongside a Conversational Designer.
Harbouring a good amount of experience in training AI and designing virtual agents, I wanted to expand my client market to Europe hence I chose to work with Bell Integration.
In addition to a designer, I'm also a self-taught illustrator for the last 8 years. I have participated in various fundraisers and have publications that explore climate crises, gender disparity, queer representation and food culture.

I'm also an independent researcher who has published and presented research papers on both national and international forums in disciplines such as Gender Studies, Queer Theory, Comic Studies and Popular Culture.
